Dispersed taxonomy

The illustrations from an entire botanical book were removed from their taxonomic order for this work. The book was intentionally acquired in Sweden, the birthplace of Carl Linnaeus, who developed the hierarchical taxonomic system that became the dominant scientific framework for classifying living organisms, often marginalizing other cultural ways of understanding and relating to nature.
