An Ethnography on Gardening

This series emerged from an intentional immersion into gardening that included taking employment as a gardener in London between 2005 and 2008. Drawing on ethnographic methods like participant observation and embodied knowledge, the project explored diverse relationships with nature through direct engagement. The resulting works include “living sculptures” created through grafting techniques, alongside botanical illustrations, scents, and process-based pieces, amongst others. This section presents a selection of works from this series.
